How does Twenty5eight clothing fit?

Fit varies depending on the piece. Some styles are relaxed or oversized, while others have a more athletic or fitted cut.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed before being shipped, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it along the way.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or contact information provided at checkout.

If you haven't received tracking information, contact us with your order number and we'll help you out.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Eligible return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging when applicable.

Approved returns are issued as store credit.

Can I exchange for another size?

Absolutely—as long as we have it.

Many Twenty5eight releases are produced in limited quantities, so exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you need is sold out, we may offer store credit instead.

Are sale items returnable?

Sale, clearance, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

We’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. If the mistake is ours, Twenty5eight will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping.

How do preorders work?

Preorders allow you to secure a piece before the release is ready to ship.

Estimated fulfillment information will be listed on the product page. Because preorder items may enter production specifically for that release, cancellations may not be available once production or fulfillment begins.

Why do some items sell out so quickly?

We don't mass-produce every release.

Many Twenty5eight pieces are released in intentionally limited quantities. Once a particular size or color sells out, a restock isn't always guaranteed.

If you see something that speaks to you, don't assume it'll be there later.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?

Sometimes—but not always.
